What is Udokk?
Udokk is a platform for discovering and following verified health and wellbeing professionals. It allows users to access educational content, follow creators they trust, and support them through subscriptions.

Is Udokk medical advice?
No. Content on Udokk is for educational and informational purposes only. Udokk does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or personalised medical advice.

Accounts and access

Do I need an account to use Udokk?
Yes. An account is required to follow creators, access content, and manage subscriptions.

How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the app or by contacting support. Once deleted, your personal data will be removed in line with our Privacy Policy.

I’m having trouble logging in
If you’re unable to log in, ensure you’re using the correct email address and that your app is up to date. If the issue continues, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.

Subscriptions and payments

How do subscriptions work?
Some creators offer paid subscriptions. These give you access to exclusive content from that creator. Subscriptions are managed through your App Store account.

How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed via your Apple ID. You can cancel at any time through your App Store subscription settings.

Refunds
Refunds are handled by Apple in line with their App Store policies.

Creators and content

How are creators verified?
Creators are reviewed before joining Udokk. Verification focuses on transparency, credibility, and relevance to health and wellbeing topics.

Can I report content or a creator?
Yes. If you believe content breaches our guidelines or feels inappropriate, you can report it within the app or by contacting support.

Privacy and data

How is my data used?
