These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Udokk mobile application and related services (“Udokk”, “the App”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using Udokk, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

1. About Udokk

Udokk is a platform that enables users to discover, follow, and access content created by verified health and wellbeing professionals (“Creators”). Udokk provides tools for content discovery, subscriptions, and communication, but does not create or control Creator content.

Udokk does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Udokk. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account.

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Creator Content and Disclaimer

All content on Udokk is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

  • Content is created by independent Creators, not Udokk

  • Udokk does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any content

  • Content must not be relied upon as medical, clinical, or professional advice

Always seek advice from a qualified professional before making health-related decisions.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Some content on Udokk may require a paid subscription.

  • Payments are processed via Apple’s in-app purchase system

  • Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed at the point of purchase

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID settings

  • Udokk does not manage refunds – these are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes

  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users or Creators

  • Upload or share misleading, harmful, or offensive content

  • Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access

  • Circumvent payment systems or platform safeguards

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. User-Generated Content

If you post comments or other content:

  • You remain responsible for what you share

  • You grant Udokk a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display that content within the App

  • You confirm you have the right to post the content

We may remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including design, branding, and software, belong to Udokk Ltd or its licensors.

Creators retain ownership of their own content.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the App without prior written permission.

9. Termination

You may stop using Udokk at any time.

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

  • You breach these Terms

  • We are required to do so by law

  • We discontinue the App or parts of the service

Termination does not affect any outstanding payment obligations.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Udokk is provided “as is”

  • We are not liable for losses arising from reliance on Creator content

  • We are not responsible for interactions between users and Creators

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under UK law.

Your use of Udokk is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to notify users.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
